If you're looking for something a little
extra special for you or a loved one, just fill in the form below (reference an artwork from the site or custom colour palettes) and I'll reach out to you so we can discuss what the finished piece will look like.

After that, to confirm and secure your order, an invoice requesting a 50% deposit will be emailed to you.

Once the artwork is finalised, you will receive an email with detailed photos of the completed piece! The remaining 50% will be invoiced to you, so that I can get your new artwork shipped to you.

Each commissioned artwork is a unique personalised painting, offering a one-of-a-kind art piece for your home.

The turnaround time for the creation and delivery of your commissioned artwork is around 4-6 weeks, (depending on which media is used).

ARTWORK

Q: How much does your artwork cost in my currency?

A: All prices on the site are originally put in as Euros. Please select your country/currency (at the top or bottom of any page) and prices will be converted into your currency.

 

Q: Is your artwork signed?

A: Yes. All my artwork is signed and dated. Original pieces are signed and dated on the back. The name of the piece is also written on the back.

Prints are signed and dated in the white space below the printed image (front).

 

Q: Does your artwork come framed?

A: All original artworks are shipped as seen in each listing’s photos. My artwork is textured so I don’t remove it from its original wooden stretcher bars. All original artworks are sent as the size that appears on the product listing (on the wooden stretchers). When the listing says “Frame Included”, it will be shipped already framed.

Prints are shipped rolled safely in a tube. You can then choose in which way you would like to frame them.

 

Q: How can I purchase a piece?

A: You can purchase artwork in one of two ways: directly on this website or by commissioning a piece.

If you are looking to commission an artwork, please fill out the form on the Commissions page and we’ll start a conversation about specifications.  

 

Q: Can I use your artwork images for my business?

A: Copyright is not transferable with the sale of my artwork.
The purchase of an artwork does not allow you to use the image for any commercial use or licensing use for any third parties. I retain the rights to all artwork and the rights to sell prints of my own original artwork.
Please do not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use my work without my written permission.

 

Q: Are you open to Wholesale or Partnerships?

A: If you own a business and are interested in carrying my products or feel that your products would be a good match with my images, contact me and we can make it happen!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Q: What are your Handling/Processing times?

A: Please allow 3 to 4 days for items to be processed before shipping (due to the 2-day cancellation period – read more on the “Refunds” tab below). After processing, orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday.

Estimated shipping times at checkout DO NOT include the handling/processing time stated above.

 

Q: What are your Shipping times?

A: Shipping times are estimated at checkout. Please add 3-4 days for handling/processing time.



Q: How much will Shipping to my country cost?

A: Shipping is available worldwide and is free within Portugal. All other international shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown to you at checkout.

Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of each artwork package (and the destination country). Please confirm costs at checkout for different artworks.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: International orders are sent out via FedEx. These services are quick and will provide you with detailed tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

For all inquiries regarding tracking, you can contact FedEx directly (with the tracking number provided) and they are equipped to answer you quickly and efficiently.

Orders within Portugal are sent out through TNT (FedEx partner for national shipping). The process is the same as above.

 

Q: What are Customs Fees?

A: Depending on which country you are in, Customs Fees may be applicable for your order. These fees are determined by your country's Customs Department which we are unable to predict, shoulder, or include in your bill.

REFUNDS

Q: Do you issue Refunds?

A: Each order is handled with full transparency therefore all sales are final as soon as an item is shipped. Items cannot be returned.

Any order can be cancelled within 2 days (within handling time) and a refund of the full amount will be offered. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please get in contact as soon as possible at info@tomevidalart.com.

Refunds are not issued for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. 

If a package is returned to sender by the courier, you will be refunded a portion of the order minus shipping costs and restocking fees.

 

Q: What if my order is damaged?

A: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and get in touch within 2 days if the item is damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Q: Are payments secure?

A: All transactions are secure and encrypted. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express) and are all secure.

Payments can also be made without a credit card, by using PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

 

Q: How do you use my information?

A: I value your privacy. Any information provided at checkout is used to process your order and is shared with the courier company for shipping purposes only.

If you have subscribed to the Inner Circle, your email address is only used to send you information regarding Tomé Vidal Art. I do not share your information. To unsubscribe from any emails, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the last email sent to you.
